2. Payments and Refunds

All services are billed in advance based on your selected plan. You’re protected by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — if you’re not satisfied after your first 30 days, we’ll refund you in full. After the first 30 days, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

To achieve the best results, clients must provide timely access to necessary accounts, information, and approvals related to websites, ads, or marketing campaigns. Failure to do so may delay timelines or impact results.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by Summit Leads remain our property until full payment is received. Once paid in full, ownership of all custom materials transfers to the client.

5. Results Disclaimer

While Summit Leads follows proven strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific results such as sales increases or ranking positions. Success depends on many factors including competition, budget, and market conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Summit Leads LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our services. Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid by the client during the last 30 days of service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing agreement with written notice. If termination occurs within the 30-day guarantee window, the client is eligible for a refund as described in Section 2.
